Course Description: CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet powerful hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the CranioSacral System; the physiological body system comprised of the brain, the spinal chord, and the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround them. This 12 hour Introductory Course was designed by the Upledger Institute to provide practitioners with hands-on experience and a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of CST.

Course Description: Somatic Therapy is a distinct and powerful approach to Neuromuscular Re-education. Based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais and Thomas Hanna, it has been formalized into an easy to apply full body protocol which can be used by Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Massage Therapists.
Practitioners will learn to produce powerful results in pain relief and improved muscular function for clients from the very first Somatic Therapy session.
Somatic Therapy, Level I will focus on effective treatment for muscles of the Neck, Jaw(TMJ), Arms, and Anterior and Posterior Upper Torso.

Course Description: This 12 hour course will provide the practitioner with a comprehensive approach to client care and wellness. Because of the pwerful relationship between the relfex point on the foo and the organ systems of the body, a trained Reflexologist may be able to evaluate and improve many conditions which are not readily responsive to other treatment modalities.
Students in this course will learn: - Effective interview methods with appropriate forms for client history and intake, - Contraindications to the application of Foot Reflexology, - Zone and Reflex theory and the relationship of the reflex points on the feet to the health of the endocrine and organ systems, - A complete treatment protocol with foot and body mapping to enable you to treat the entire body effectively.

Course Description: This 4 hour Elective course those who are licensed under the Board of Cosmetology teaches a basic, healthy approach to Foot and Hand Reflexology. These Hand and Foot treatments will be a valuable addition to any healthful menu of Spa and Salon services.
What Students will Learn: - The relationship of the Reflex Points of the Feet and Hands to the healthy functioning of glands and organs throughout the body. - How to apply appropriate pressure to the Reflex Points in order to stimulate a healthy response and functioning of those glands and organs. - A complete 15 minute protocol which can be applied to the Hands or the Feet of your clients.
